  • Original Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Tags & Packaging: All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Note on specific items:

  • Fur & Fleece Jackets: Must not show signs of lint, hair, or odors (such as perfume or smoke).
  • Puffer & Windbreakers: Must not have any snags, tears, or stains on the outer shell.

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request within 24 hours (during business hours). If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Shipping the Item: Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
  1. Return Shipping Costs
  • Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection, or style preference), the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (you received a defective item or the wrong product), Prontoprintshop will cover all return shipping costs.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you require a direct exchange for a different size of the same jacket, please specify this in your initial email to support@prontoprintshop.com.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

We require photographic evidence of the defect or the incorrect item sent. Once verified, we will provide a prepaid return label and prioritize the shipment of a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping cost.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been personalized or altered after delivery.
