Intellectual Property Claim

This Intellectual Property Claim policy outlines the procedures for reporting alleged copyright, trademark, or patent infringements related to our curated outerwear collections, including our Fur & Fleece, Puffer, and Windbreaker Jackets.

2. Reporting an Infringement (DMCA Notice)

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide our Intellectual Property Agent with a written communication containing the following information:

1. Identification of the protected work: A clear description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.
2. Identification of the infringing material: A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Prontoprintshop site (please provide specific URLs).
3. Your Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, and professional email address.

5. Statement of Accuracy: A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
6. Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest.

3. Handling of Claims

Upon receipt of a valid and complete infringement notification, Prontoprintshop will:

• Remove or disable access to the material that is claimed to be infringing.
• Notify the individual who posted the material that we have removed or disabled access to it.
• In appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts or partnerships of repeat infringers.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that the material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing a written communication to our agent that includes:

• Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found).
• Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Trademark Policy

The trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively the “Trademarks”) displayed on the Site are registered and unregistered Trademarks of Prontoprintshop and others. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without our written permission.

6. Unauthorized Use of Images

All product photography, including images of our Windbreakers and Puffer Jackets, is the exclusive property of Prontoprintshop. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these images for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
