Prontoprintshop respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. 2. Counter-Notification Procedures

If you receive a notification that material you posted on our site—such as a review of our Puffer Jackets or a photo of your Windbreaker—has been removed due to a copyright infringement claim, you may send us a counter-notification.

To be effective, a Counter-Notice must be a written communication that includes substantially the following:

1. Identification of the material: Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
2. Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Prontoprintshop may be found.
3. Statement of Good Faith: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
4. Contact Info & Signature: Your name, address, telephone number, and your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringers

Prontoprintshop takes intellectual property violations seriously. It is our professional policy to terminate the accounts or business relationships of users or partners who are repeat infringers or who are repeatedly charged with infringement.

4. Professional Integrity of Content

We ensure that all our marketing materials, product descriptions for our Fur & Fleece collections, and lifestyle imagery are either created in-house by Prontoprintshop or properly licensed. We do not tolerate the unauthorized use of our proprietary assets on third-party domains.

5. Modifications

Prontoprintshop reserves the right to modify the contents of this page and its policy for handling DMCA claims at any time for any reason. You are encouraged to check back and review this policy for any changes frequently.
