Exchanges are allowed for:

If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Personalized / custom items
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Digital / downloadable products
- Any item showing signs of use or odors
We reserve the right to decline returns that show misuse or violation of policy.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with:
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A short description of the issue
We will provide one of the following remedies:
- Free replacement
- Or a full refund
- And a prepaid return label (if needed)
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.
Lost Packages
If tracking does not update for 10+ business days, we will:
- Investigate with the carrier
- Issue a free replacement or full refund if confirmed lost
Packages marked “Delivered” are not eligible for loss refunds unless supported by evidence.
Delivered but Not Received
If the carrier marks an order as delivered, please:
- Check mailbox, porch, garage, side door
- Ask neighbors or building staff
- Wait 24–48 hours for a late scan
- Contact your local post office
We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.
International Returns (Canada & UK)
Customers acknowledge:
- Customs / VAT fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping may apply unless defective
- Transit and customs delays may extend timelines
Return Address
Because we use multiple fulfillment partners, the return address is provided only after approval. Returns sent to an unapproved address cannot be processed.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if they have not been processed yet.
- If the order is processed → cancellation not guaranteed
- If the order has shipped → you must follow the return process
Customer mistakes (incorrect address, wrong item ordered) may not be cancelable.
Refund & Return Abuse Prevention
We may refuse returns or refunds in cases involving:
- Excessive return patterns
- Wardrobing (wear-and-return)
- False claims
- Chargeback abuse
- Item swapping
