Return Eligibility
Before sending an item back, please make sure it meets these requirements:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Original tags and packaging must still be attached.
- You must provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation email).
We reserve the right to decline any return that doesn’t meet these standards.
Return Period: 30 Days from Delivery
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.
After this window, we’re unable to accept returns unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Include the following details in your message:

- A copy of your receipt or order confirmation email
- A brief reason for your return request
- A photo or video if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
Once we receive your message, our team will review it within 72 business hours and send you detailed return instructions.

Return Shipping & Responsibility
If your return is not due to an error on our part, customers are responsible for:
- The cost of return shipping
- Making sure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Prontoprintshop LLC cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We gladly offer exchanges in the following situations:
- You received the wrong product or size
- The item arrived defective or damaged
If your case qualifies, please follow the same return steps listed above.
Once approved, we’ll send your replacement as quickly as possible.
Important Notes
- Final sale, customized, or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Items sent back without prior approval or missing documentation may not be processed or refunded.
- Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
